I’ve never read the Rivers of London books, but from the art and description, it sounds like it would be great for playing in the setting of “The Nevers”, a mini-series on HBO max about a bunch of people that suddenly gained superhuman abilities in Victorian England (its premise is sort of a “what if some Victorian London citizens one day suddenly gained supernatural powers, like the X-men?”)
