The latest livestream by the Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis team broke down quite a bit of content, giving fans a look at what’s to come for the next six months, from now through June.

The live stream showed off a content roadmap that gives players an idea of what’s to come for the MMORPG in 2023. These updates will include new quests, a Springtime event, as well as an anniversary update coming as well as a new class. June, however, brings a large update that will include a level cap increase and player housing.

Closer to now, though, the news-style live stream broke down January’s events, showing off the decorations for Central City for New Year’s, as well as some new Japanese-style New Year’s cosmetics. A New Year’s Event was announced, giving players the chance to earn items to unlock cosmetic items throughout the event. A new winter event starts on January 15th, giving Central City a makeover, as well as a new way to collect seasonal points to earn new cosmetic rewards as well.

A new combat sector, the Neusen Plant, is coming on January 25th as well, and new field race courses to compete against friends and allies in some good-natured racing. The Geometric Labyrinth is getting some updates to make it a bit easier to navigate.
