MMO players are among the most creative in all of gaming, and the players in Fallout 76 are no exception. A group of players known as The Wasteland Theatre Company are planning on showing off that creativity by performing a rendition of the famous Alice in Wonderland story inside of Appalachia.

The show itself will be based on the original Lewis Carroll novel from 1865 and not the Disney adaptation, though it’s not going to be a 1:1 recreation of the novel if the teaser trailer is any indication. The troupe released a Tarantino-inspired trailer that gives of some very clear Kill Bill vibes to promote their production of Alice in the Wasteland.

While the show is still in development, the Fallout 76 theatrical company is aiming to perform the show in 2023. The crew has some serious real-world chops as well, as PCGamesN’s Ian Boudreau reports that its stage manager, Jonathan “Bramadew” Thomas, has real-world experience in the trade.

Fallout 76  players will be waiting till 2023, but if the teaser trailer is any indication, it’ll be worth the wait. Be sure to give The Wasteland Theatre Company a follow on Twitter to keep apprised of developments as the play progresses.
